Effective June 2026 — Full breakdown of deliverables and scope

This document defines in precise terms what is and is not included in an oZZo Marketing engagement. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and governs all active service agreements.

1. Advertising Platform Management

1.1 Included Platforms. Management is provided for one or more of the following platforms as specified in the Client's plan: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), TikTok Ads.

1.2 Scope of Management. For each active platform, oZZo Marketing shall: (a) conduct initial account audit and strategic review; (b) build or restructure campaign architecture, ad sets, and targeting; (c) write and structure ad copy aligned with the Client's offering; (d) continuously monitor performance and make optimization adjustments on a rolling basis; (e) conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and placements.

1.3 Platform Exclusions. Platforms not listed in the active plan (e.g., LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube standalone) are not included unless explicitly added.

2. Creative Production

2.1 Deliverable Volume. oZZo Marketing produces a minimum of 2 ad creatives per month per active platform, unless otherwise specified in the service plan. Each creative consists of one visual asset (static image or video) and accompanying ad copy (headline + body text).

2.2 Creative Formats. Creatives are produced in the standard formats required by the active platform(s): square (1:1), vertical (9:16), and/or landscape (1.91:1) as appropriate for placement.

2.3 Revision Policy. Each creative deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback. Revisions must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.

2.4 Client-Provided Assets. The Client may provide brand assets (logos, product images, video footage, brand guidelines) for use in creative production. oZZo Marketing is not responsible for sourcing product photography or video production beyond agreed scope.

2.5 Stock Assets. Where original Client assets are unavailable, oZZo Marketing may use licensed stock images or footage. Stock asset licensing costs are included in the service fee for standard usage.

3. Performance Reporting

3.1 Reporting Cadence. oZZo Marketing delivers bi-weekly performance reports (every 2 weeks). Reports are delivered via email or shared document link.

3.2 Report Contents. Each report includes: spend summary by platform and campaign; key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPL/CPA, ROAS where applicable); campaign highlights and notable findings; optimization actions taken in the period; and recommended next steps.

3.3 Data Sources. Reports are generated from platform-native analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager). Third-party attribution discrepancies are outside oZZo Marketing's control.

4. Communication & Support

4.1 Primary Channel. Ongoing communication takes place via WhatsApp (dedicated group or direct message) during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 local time).

4.2 Response Time. oZZo Marketing will respond to Client messages within 1 business day. Urgent matters will be addressed within 4 business hours.

4.3 Strategy Calls. Monthly strategy calls (up to 30 minutes) are included upon Client request. Additional calls beyond the monthly allowance may be subject to additional fees.

4.4 Out-of-Scope Requests. Requests that fall outside the defined service scope (e.g., website design, SEO, email marketing, organic social media management) are not covered by the standard retainer and will be quoted separately.

5. Budget Management

5.1 Recommended Minimums. For effective campaign performance, oZZo Marketing recommends a minimum monthly ad spend of $500 per active platform. Budgets below this threshold may limit optimization opportunities.

5.2 Budget Allocation. oZZo Marketing will recommend budget allocation across campaigns and ad sets. Final approval and control of spend rests with the Client through their own platform accounts.

5.3 Overspend & Underspend. oZZo Marketing monitors pacing and will flag material deviations from planned spend. However, platform billing is the Client's responsibility and oZZo Marketing does not guarantee exact spend targets.

6. Onboarding

6.1 Onboarding Period. New engagements include a 1–2 week onboarding phase covering: account access setup; brand and audience research; campaign architecture planning; and creative briefing.

6.2 Learning Phase. New ad campaigns typically require 2–4 weeks to exit the platform learning phase. Performance data during this period should be considered preliminary.

7. What Is Not Included

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the following are outside the scope of standard service:

8. Performance Expectations

oZZo Marketing applies industry best practices, continuous testing, and data-driven optimization. However, advertising results are influenced by factors outside our control, including: ad platform algorithm changes, audience saturation, competitive landscape, product-market fit, landing page quality, and macro-economic conditions. No specific performance outcomes are guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to allow a minimum engagement period of 3 months before evaluating long-term performance, as paid media strategies often require time to optimize.
